Returns are possible if you have contacted us within three days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging in which they arrived, within 14 days of purchase. They may then be exchanged for another item or a credit note may be issued. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We will not accept the return of an artwork if it has been used, damaged or incorrectly packed. We would like you to be aware that you are responsible for any returned goods until the items have reached us and strongly advise that a proof of postage is purchased when arranging your return. Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any artwork that has been made to order.

To authorise your return please e-mail us mortonmila@gmail.com and we will let you know where your return should be sent.

Orders will be processed and send within 1-2 working days of being placed. 

Our shipping is free and normally will take 1 -3 weeks outside of UK and within the UK 1 - 2 weeks. If you would prefer organise a faster options as FedEx, DHL 1 - 3 working days, please let us know at mortonmila@gmail.com at the moment of purchase and we will organise it. There would be be extra charge according to the delivery company.

Please be aware that once your parcel leaves the UK Mila Morton Studio cannot be held responsible for foreign customs fees, nor the holding of items in customs. Please take this into account before placing your order. Orders will automatically be shipped on a tracked or signed service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped.
