Returns are possible if you have contacted us within three days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging in which they arrived, within 14 days of purchase. They may then be exchanged for another item or a credit note may be issued. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We will not accept the return of an artwork if it has been used, damaged or incorrectly packed. We would like you to be aware that you are responsible for any returned goods until the items have reached us and strongly advise that a proof of postage is purchased when arranging your return. Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any artwork that has been made to order.
